Is hand-drawn artwork included?
Yes. Hand-drawn artwork is included with our hand-drawn coolers, with no separate drawing fee. Choose your style and share your photo and personalization details when ordering.
Will I see my design before printing?
Yes. After you order, we’ll send your artwork and cooler layout for approval before printing. You can check the names, date and other details then. Product images are examples; you do not need to create a live proof before placing your order.
Can I use my own design?
Yes. Share your artwork and instructions with your order, or contact us about your idea. For business orders, use our business quote form to include the style, quantity and delivery requirements.
What photo or artwork should I send?
For portraits, send a clear photo that shows the people or pets you’d like drawn. For logos and existing artwork, vector files such as AI, EPS, PDF or SVG are helpful; convert fonts to outlines when possible. For raster artwork, use a high-resolution PNG or JPG. Follow the accepted file types and size limit shown on the upload field.
Which cooler style should I choose?
Standard can, slim can and bottle coolers have different shapes. Compare your drink’s measurements with the information on your chosen product. If you’re unsure, send us the drink details before ordering.
How much time should I allow?
Allow time for artwork, your approval, production and shipping. Tell us your required delivery date and destination so we can check timing for your order. An event date alone is not a delivery guarantee.
How do quantity prices work?
Available quantity pricing is shown on the product page. Your cart and checkout show the applied price for your selected items and quantity. For business orders of 400+ or an ongoing partnership, contact us for a quote.
